Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Return Policy

Coffee and Perishable Items: Due to the nature of coffee being a perishable food item, all coffee purchases are non-refundable once delivered or picked up. This policy complies with Malaysian food safety regulations.

Other Products (Merchandise, Equipment, etc.): You may return all other products (such as merchandise and equipment) within 14 days after delivery.

Notification and Return Procedure: To initiate a return, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item. The item must then be returned to Clod Coffee within the same 14-day timeframe.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Refund Conditions: We will process a refund if the notification and return procedures are followed correctly, and the returned product meets our refund criteria:

  • The product must be intact, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • If these conditions are not met, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

Return Address: Items cannot be returned in person but must be shipped to: Clod Coffee Returns [Your Address] [City, Postal Code] Malaysia

Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for all expenses incurred in returning the item.

Non-Pickup of Orders: If you fail to pick up your coffee order within the designated timeframe or at the agreed delivery location, you are not entitled to a refund due to the perishable nature of coffee.

Retaining Purchases: If an item is returned to Clod Coffee, we will store it for a reasonable period. After 14 days of receiving the return, if you request the item to be shipped again, you will need to cover the additional shipping fees.

Please contact us at webshop@clodcoffee.com if your order has been returned to us and you wish to arrange for reshipment.

Costs: You are financially responsible for return shipping costs. We reserve the right to deduct these costs from the refund amount.

Changes to the Policy: We may update this return policy from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. Please review this page periodically for updates.
